Accused, LCV, lured student into sexual relationship, driving her to various locations for sex and keeping her in hiding from her parents.
Accused promised to employ victim at his bar he had not yet opened but instead used her for sexual exploitation.
A1, who was a chairman, paid A3, the victim’s uncle to bring her to A2’s house to defile her. A1 had other charges pending and given the nature of the offence, the court denied bail.
