Mugerwa v Uganda [Criminal Appeal No. 066 of 2016] (20 April 2016)

A1 (father of deceased child) appealed the conviction and sentence of death. The appeal confirmed the punishment. A1 and A2 (witch doctor) both received the death penalty under the PTIP Act.
